The Lap Cozy Shop is Closed

We are discontinuing sales of the Lap Cozy pet bed, effective immediately, both in-store and online.

Since 2020, the cost of the bio-safe foam used in the product increased significantly due to global supply chain disruptions. Although pricing stabilized in subsequent years, additional cost pressures—particularly tariffs introduced in 2025—have made it unsustainable to continue production without changing materials. We have chosen not to substitute alternative foams, as maintaining pet-safe standards has been a core requirement.

We appreciate the support from customers over the years and the opportunity to produce and ship thousands of beds.

We have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of feedback and love for the Lap Cozy after appearing on the Hallmark Home and Family Show.
